Mail Club Shipping

Mail club subscriptions are shipped worldwide for free through untracked snail mail.

Shipping Times

Mail club shipments typically go out during the middle of the month.

Delivery times vary depending on location and local postal systems. International deliveries may take several weeks to arrive.

Lost Mail Club Shipments

Because mail club envelopes are shipped untracked, I can't guarantee delivery or provide tracking updates once an item has been mailed.

If your shipment appears significantly delayed or missing, please contact me and I'll do my best to help.

US SHIPPING

Shipping Price

Orders are charged a shipping fee based on the weight of the order.

Tracking

You’ll receive an email with tracking info after your order has shipped, but you may also find your tracking number in your account.

Processing Times

Many items are preorder or made-to-order releases. Estimated shipping windows are listed within each product description.

Shipping in the US takes approximately 3-6 business days once shipped out. I cannot guarantee delivery dates. Shipping delays may happen due to weather conditions and holidays. 

Cancellations

Cancellations are not accepted after your order has shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged

I'm not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your order is lost: Contact your local post office 

If your order has been stolen: File a police report

Damaged: Take photos of the package prior to opening it. If the product inside is damaged, please email me.
